（2021-12-29）My name is Johnni Nielsen, I am from Denmark. I played high level football back in Denmark, and also a European Football Federation (UEFA) licensed football coach.
When I was a kid, "Made in Taiwan" meant high quality. As I grow older, Taiwan becomes an important topic of democracy.
In 2000, my connection with Taiwan, went from only through books and media, to reality.
In 2006, my daughter with Down syndrome came to the world.
In 2009, in order to give her a better healthy environment, we decided to move to Taiwan.
My impression of Taiwan before 2009, was more from the perspective of tourism.
When I was looking for a football club for my son, I noticed that I could do more for Taiwan, in return for Taiwan's care of my daughter and giving me a new home.
Sports are not popular in Taiwan. As Taiwan athlete Chi Cheng said: "Sports makes people healthy、happy、and smart. "That's really true. And, most importantly, sports can change the social class, change Taiwan, and change the world.
Since 2010, based on the spirit of Vikings, I founded the football club Vikings, to let Taiwan know more about European football. Through football, connects the world and Taiwan.
When we return to Denmark, I always take my son to the football club for training.
I started to think, I can bring more people, not just my son, so I started to connects Vikings with the world. Vikings has made many achievements and international exchanges:

From 2014 to 2019, the Taiwanese national flag of the Republic of China was raised at the Brøndby football stadium in Denmark. That's a very special moment every time we visit them.
In the past ten years, I have not charge any coaching fees, and I hope that good will return good. The team has established a complete youth training system, with the warmth of a family. If the team can have more support resources, especially the adult team has a long football history of 60 years, and now become a "professional football team", recognized by the Asian Football Confederation; FIFA.
We hope for a chance to be runner-up in the Asian Cup. The championship left to Taiwan's first national sport baseball.
