(2020-11-24)進入青春期的青少年,總是希望大人,尤其父母,對待自己不再像個孩子,他們偶爾會裝酷,但偶爾還是會不小心被打回原形(?),這段時期的內心衝突對青少年來說不容易,對父母尤其困難。

英國麥當勞(McDonald's)持續「#ReindeerReady」campaign,與創意代理商代理商Leo Burnett London攜手,針對英國及愛爾蘭消費者釋出聖誕廣告「Inner Child」,講述邁入青春期的Tom面對媽媽的不斷示好,選擇壓抑內心的聲音,直到他們去了趟麥當勞。

Tom最終敞開心門,做回了最真實的自己。麥當勞透過簡單的視覺隱喻,不論小孩或大人,我們內心總有另一個聲音,正視「它」也許你將更快樂。背景音樂是Becky Hill演唱1984年的歌曲「Forever Young」,歌曲的每次下載,都將向食品慈善機構FareShare捐贈10便士,期望能在今年聖誕提供一百萬份餐點給有需要的家庭。

而作為campaign的一部分,麥當勞也將推出#ReindeerReady Hub網站,提供兒童活動表、Christmas jumper競賽、有聲讀物等;此外,還有擴增實境(AR)遊戲,消費者可透過餐點包裝上的QR Code一探究竟。

麥當勞菜單和行銷副總裁Michelle Graham-Clare表示,「我相信很多家庭都會面臨這樣的狀況,希望Tom和他媽媽的溫馨故事,能重新點燃今年的聖誕魔力。」
