　　As the famous Lou Holtz puts it, “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” I started out like most people, not understanding what PR is, but now, I am sure it’s what I will do for life. So many fine people came and left. It’s nothing to do with their abilities or Weber Shandwick. It’s simply, in my opinion, a matter of wrong expectations and misplaced motivation. My motivation comes simply, from a client’s “thank-you”, a pat on the back from a team member, or seeing my client’s name in the newspaper. My team is wonderful, they complement my weaknesses, I do likewise, this way we give our best. And believe me, however bad today is, tomorrow is always a better day.
