（2022年8月號556期動腦雜誌）2022年7月1日，《動腦雜誌》創刊45周年，在台北大直典華舉辦「2022國際創意論壇」，副總統賴清德透過影片進行［專講］。並感謝動腦45年為台灣行銷傳播產業做出的貢獻，本文為副總統賴清德專講逐字稿整理。
動腦雜誌吳進生發行人、台灣廣告主協會王義郎理事長、各國駐台使節代表、各位與會貴賓，大家早安，大家好。
今天我非常榮幸透過錄影的方式，參加動腦雜誌創刊45週年所舉辦的2022國際創意論壇。首先，我謹代表蔡英文總統祝福動腦雜誌45歲生日快樂，也預祝今天的論壇圓滿順利成功。
對於動腦雜誌創刊45年來，在吳發行人的帶領下，秉持「小動腦，可以創造大世界的精神」，積極溝通創意、鼓勵創意精神、激發動腦風氣所做的各項努力與付出，我特別要表達敬意與感謝。
尤其自2005年開始至今，動腦雜誌和台灣廣告主協會每年共同辦理行銷傳播傑出貢獻獎，以實質的獎項培育及鼓勵行銷傳播界菁英，樹立不可取代的典範與標竿，帶動更多廣告主與代理商攜手創造台灣行銷傳播產業的榮景，更是讓人感到欽佩。
對於這次國際創意論壇以「奉獻力」為主軸，希望透過超越自我的奉獻力，分別從環境生態、住民生活、經濟生產、人民生命等四個面向，邀請各國與各產業代表，共同探討如何翻轉產業、邁向永續，並連結台灣與世界的未來。
在世界各國都面臨後疫情時代，各項挑戰的關鍵時刻，我認為這樣的研討，不但非常有意義，而且非常有創意。就像過去3年來，台灣雖然和世界各國一樣，面臨Covid-19疫情的嚴峻考驗，但全體台灣人民在團結抗疫之餘，依然運用軟實力，發揮「Taiwan Can Help, Taiwan is Helping!」的精神，主動將台灣引以為傲的公衛醫療、高科技發展和數位應用的實力，展現在全球舞台上，為國際社會做出實質的貢獻。
包括援贈全球80個國家、超過5,400萬片的口罩、熱像體溫顯示儀、製氧機等防疫物資，讓台灣成為世界上一股良善的力量。因為台灣在其他國家遭遇危難時，發揮超越自我的奉獻力。當去年台灣疫情遇到緊急情況時，日本、美國、波蘭、斯洛伐克和立陶宛等許多國家，也紛紛雪中送炭，贈送台灣疫苗，形成善的循環，展現最真摯的情意，自然而然將台灣與世界的未來連結起來。
各位與會貴賓，都是長年在各行各業為台灣打拚的好夥伴，期許未來在壯大台灣的路上，大家繼續承擔、繼續奉獻，讓台灣更有力、讓世界更永續。最後，再次向動腦雜誌說聲生日快樂。也祝福大家身體健康，萬事如意。
Dedication, New Power of the Nation
Brain magazine held “Brain 45: Forum of Creativity 2022” in Dazhi Denwell Plaza, Taipei on July 1st, 2022. Vice President Ching-Te Lai delivered a keynote speech “Dedication, New Power of the Nation.” through online video and expressed his gratitude towards Brain Magazine for its contribution to Taiwan’s marketing communications industry for 45 years.

I am much honored to participate in the 2022 international forum of Brain Magazine’s 45th anniversary through recorded video. First of all, on behalf of President Tsai, Ing-wen, I want to wish Brain Magazine a Happy 45th Birthday and today’s forum a complete success.
I want to convey my respect and gratitude to all the efforts and dedication that Brain Magazine has endeavored under the leadership of Mr. Wu. Upholding the principle of “Brain makes the world go round,” Brain Magazine has positively communicated creativity, encouraged the spirit of creativity, and inspired the trend of brainstorming.
Especially since 2005, Brain Magazine and Taiwan Advertisers' Association have co-organized the “Agency and Advertiser of the Year” to incubate and encourage the elites of the marketing communications industry through actual awards and thus set irreplaceable paradigm and benchmark to create the prosperity for the industry by bringing more advertisers and agents hand in hand together. It is more than an admirable deed.
This international forum sets its tone with “Dedication” and invites participants across countries and industries to discuss how to flip the industry, maintain sustainability, and connect both Taiwan’s and the world’s future through the dedication beyond ourselves in four aspects of Ecology, Living, Production, and Life.
Countries across the world are now facing the crucial moment of a post-pandemic era full of challenges. I think this kind of discussion is not only very meaningful but also very creative. In the past three years, Taiwan has been encountering the dire challenges of Covid-19 outbreak no different from the rest of the world. Still Taiwanese people have used our soft power to demonstrate the spirit of “Taiwan can help, Taiwan is Helping!” while unified to fight the pandemic. We actively contribute to the international society by exporting our expertise that we are proud of including medical and public health services, high-tech development and digital application on the world stage.
We aided 80 countries across the world by giving away medical supplies such as 54,000,000 pieces of surgical masks, thermal imaging cameras, and oxygen generators. Therefore, Taiwan has become a force of good in the world. Because Taiwan demonstrated dedication beyond us when other countries were in perils, Japan, U.S., Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania and many countries gifted Taiwan with vaccines as timely assistance to form a virtuous circle and showed the most sincere affection when Taiwan’s epidemic situation were emergent last year. Naturally the future of Taiwan and the future of the world are connected.
Honorable guests, you are the good partners who work hard for Taiwan in all walks of life. On the road of strengthening Taiwan, I hope everyone will carry on assuming the responsibility and keep dedicating to make Taiwan more powerful and the world more sustainable. In the end, I want to say “Happy Birthday” to Brain Magazine again. Wish everyone good health. May things go your way.
